You do not need more AI tools.

You need a better way to decide what work should still depend on you.

Most people use AI like a faster search engine. They ask a question, get an answer, and move on.

But AI becomes far more valuable when you learn how to delegate work, provide clear direction, build repeatable systems, and manage it like part of your team.

This workshop will help you make that shift.

The big shift

Stop using AI like a tool.
Start leading it like a team.

The leaders who benefit most from AI will not be the ones who know the most software. They will be the ones who know:

/What work to delegate
/How to explain the desired result
/What context AI needs
/How to establish standards
/How to build repeatable workflows
/Where human judgment still matters most
What you will walk away with

Leave with four things in hand.

Outcome / Perspective

A new way to see your work

Identify the work you should continue doing, the work AI can assist with, and the repetitive work that should no longer depend entirely on you.

Outcome / Framework

A practical delegation framework

Learn how to give AI a clear role, result, context, standards, and feedback.

Outcome / Action

Your first real AI assignment

Choose one recurring task and begin delegating it during the workshop.

Outcome / Plan

A plan for building your AI team

Leave knowing which AI role or workflow you should build first.

What we will cover

A working session. Not a lecture.

01

Why most people are using AI incorrectly

Understand why random prompting creates isolated results instead of lasting leverage.

02

The leadership skill behind great AI results

Learn why clear direction matters more than secret prompts or technical knowledge.

03

The five AI roles

Discover how AI can support your work across five distinct roles.

04

The difference between a task, a role, and a system

See how one useful prompt can become a dependable way of working.

05

How to delegate your first real task

Use a guided exercise to identify, define, and begin handing off repetitive work.

Seen live, not on slides

This will not be two and a half hours of slides.

You will see real work being delegated and built live. The demonstrations show three levels of AI use.

Level one

Task

AI helps complete one clearly defined assignment.

Level two

Role

AI is trained with specific context, responsibilities, examples, and standards.

Level three

System

AI supports a repeatable workflow that no longer depends on you managing every step manually.

On screen, in real time

Possible demonstrations may include:

The goal is not to impress you with software. The goal is to help you recognize what is possible inside your own work.

Turning rough notes into finished communication
Training an AI role around a real organization or business
Turning a meeting into decisions, tasks, follow-up, and documentation
Building a useful page, dashboard, resource, or internal tool

What a system looks like

This is my team.

Thirteen trained roles. Each one owns a piece of recurring work that used to depend entirely on me. Every one of them reports to a person who still makes the calls.

I could never have hired this team.
So I trained one.

Not one of them is a person. Every one of them was built by someone with no technical background, one repetitive task at a time. That is the entire workshop.

Is this you?

Built for leaders carrying too much.

This workshop is for

  • /Business owners and entrepreneurs
  • /Church, ministry, and nonprofit leaders
  • /Coaches and consultants
  • /Creators and communicators
  • /Marketing and operations professionals
  • /Team leaders and educators
  • /Anyone carrying repetitive work that should no longer depend entirely on them

You do not need to be technical. You do need to be willing to rethink how your work gets done.

What this is not

  • ×A tour of every AI tool
  • ×A collection of random prompts
  • ×A technical coding class
  • ×A promise that AI can replace human judgment
  • ×Futuristic possibilities with no practical application

This is a practical leadership workshop about delegation, systems, leverage, and capacity.

Before you register

The questions everyone asks.

Is it really free?

Yes. No credit card, no trial, no catch. Register and show up.

Will there be a replay?

Yes. Everyone who attends live gets the recording afterward. If that morning is tight, register anyway and do your best to be there, because the replay goes to the people who show up. That said, the real value is in the live working session, where you delegate your first task with help in real time.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do everything in this workshop. There is no coding and no setup required.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop, so you can work along live, and one recurring task you wish you could stop doing manually. That is it.

Which AI tools do I need to have?

None in advance. You will see the tools in action and leave knowing which one to start with. This is about how to delegate, not which software to buy.

Meet Justin

Pastor. Creator. Business builder. Practical AI implementer.

Justin Herman uses AI to create websites, dashboards, automations, curriculum, content systems, presentations, internal tools, and digital resources.

He is not interested in teaching people how to memorize clever prompts.

His goal is to help leaders identify the work they should no longer be carrying alone, delegate more clearly, build repeatable systems, and create things they previously did not have the time, team, or budget to produce.

You already have the ideas

Now build the capacity to execute them.

Join Justin live on Friday, August 21, and begin changing how your work gets done. You will leave with:
