These terms cover your use of workshopswithjustin.com and any coaching, implementation, or workshop services you buy from Justin Herman ("I," "me"). By booking or paying for services, you agree to them. A written proposal or agreement for a specific engagement takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Services
I provide AI coaching, implementation, and training for individuals and organizations. The scope, hours, and price for your engagement are agreed before you pay, usually on a call.
Hours and billing
- Engagements are sold as blocks of prepaid hours or as monthly plans.
- Working sessions and build time between sessions both count toward your hours.
- All time is logged in your client hub with notes on what was done.
- Additional hours can be added at any time.
Scheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a working session. Sessions missed without notice may count toward your hours.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by the refund policy, including the clear-path guarantee.
Your responsibilities
- Only share accounts and logins you are authorized to share.
- Do not store bank, payroll, or personal financial logins in your hub.
- Review AI-assisted work before relying on it or publishing it. You make the final call on anything that goes out under your name.
Ownership
Once paid for, the specific deliverables built for you, such as your briefs, workflows, documents, and tools, are yours to use and change. I keep ownership of my general methods, frameworks, templates, and know-how, and may use them with other clients. Third-party software and AI services remain subject to their own terms.
Confidentiality
I keep what you share about your work private and use it only to serve you. I will not name you as a client or share your results publicly without your permission.
No guarantee of specific results
AI tools change quickly and can make mistakes. I bring my best work and judgment, but I cannot promise specific business, financial, or ministry results. The clear-path guarantee is the promise I do make.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy services applies to that engagement.
