The clear-path guarantee
If after your first two hours together you cannot see a clear path to getting real work off your plate, tell me, and I refund every unused hour. No forms, no argument. Just email me before your third hour begins.
After the first two hours
Prepaid hours are not refundable once the guarantee window has passed, but they stay available for you to use for 12 months from purchase. If something is not working, tell me early. I would much rather fix it than have you sit on hours you do not want.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded.
Workshops
On-site and Zoom workshops can be rescheduled for free with at least 14 days notice. Travel costs already booked are not refundable.
Build With Me
Build With Me is a paid live session. If you leave without something you can use, email me within 7 days after the event and I refund the full price. Friend-code rewards ($50 per friend who registers with your code) are paid as a refund to the card you paid with, once the friend’s payment has cleared; if your payment is already fully refunded, I pay the rest directly. A refunded seat does not earn a reward, and you cannot use your own code. If you register and cannot attend live, the recording and every file still come to you; that is not a refund case, but write to me and we will work it out.

Fit calls are always free.
