Workshops with Justin is run by Justin Herman ("I," "me"). This policy explains what information I collect through workshopswithjustin.com, why, and what I do with it. The short version: I collect only what I need to work with you, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it.
What I collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, whether you are an individual or organization, your organization name, anything you tell me about your work, the time you picked, and your time zone.
- When you take the Delegation Audit: the tasks and answers you enter. If you choose to have your brief emailed, your name and email.
- When you become a client: the contents of your client hub, including goals, updates, recordings links, action items, time logs, files and links, and any logins you choose to store in the encrypted vault, plus email addresses you subscribe to updates.
- When you pay: payments are processed by my payment provider. I never see or store your full card number.
- When you visit: privacy-friendly, aggregate page analytics (pages viewed, referring site, device type) that do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
How I use it
- To schedule and hold calls, send confirmations, invites, and reminders.
- To do the work you hire me for and keep your hub up to date.
- To send work logs and updates you have asked for.
- To understand which pages help people, so I can improve the site.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Who helps me run the site
I use a small number of trusted service providers to host the site and database, send email, run video calls, and process payments. They only receive what they need to provide that service. They currently include Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Zoom (video calls), and my payment processor.
AI tools
Because this is AI work, some of what you share may be processed by AI services while I build for you. I use business-grade services and do not knowingly put information into a tool that would use it to train public models. If something should never touch an AI tool, tell me and it will not.
How long I keep it
Booking and application details are kept while they are useful for our working relationship. Client hub content is kept for the length of our work together and for a reasonable time after, and is deleted on request. Logins in the vault should be removed or rotated when a project ends.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask me to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from hub update emails with the link in any update.
- Cancel a booked call with the link in your confirmation.
Children
This site and these services are for adults and organizations. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I will update the date above.
