I'm not a software engineer. I'm a pastor, a husband, and a dad of four who ran out of hours before I ran out of ideas.
So I started handing work to AI the way I'd hand it to a new hire: a clear job, the right context, a standard, and feedback. One task at a time, that turned into a team.
A daily podcast network, run by a team I trained.
I could never have hired this team. So I trained one.
Today seventeen AI roles carry recurring work across my life: writing and producing daily episodes, publishing to the web, social media, follower replies, a nonprofit development office, and even household finances.
I also build the websites, dashboards, automations, curriculum, and internal tools around them. Every one was built by someone with no technical background.
Now I build them for other leaders.
